Description:
Tenders are invited for Acquisition of Event Management Services for Launch Events for Insurance Tower Provision of Consultancy to Develop a Strategic Plan for the Insurance Regulatory Authority of Uganda 2022/23 - 2024/25. Interested Eligible Bidders may Obtain Further Information and Inspect the Bidding Documents at the Address Given below at 8(a) from 8:00am to 4:00pm Working Days (Monday to Friday). 5. The Bidding Documents in English may be Purchased by Interested Bidders on the Submission of an Online Written Application to the Email: Procurements@ira.go.ug and upon Payment of a Non-Refundable Fee of Ugx 100,000 (One Hundred Thousand Uganda Shillings). The Method of Payment will be Direct Deposit on a/C Insurance Regulatory Authority of Uganda, 95010200001050, Bank of Baroda Kampala. The Document shall be Sent by Email to the Interested Eligible Bidders upon Sending an Application and Proof of Payment of Ugx 100,000 via Email. No Liability will be Accepted for Loss or Late Delivery 6. Bids must be Delivered to the Address below at 8(C) at or before 23rd December 2021 at 11:00am. All Bids must be Accompanied by a Bid Securing Declaration. Bid Securing Declarations must be Valid until 25th April 2022. Late Bids shall be Rejected. representatives who choose to attend at the address below at 8(d) at 23rd December 2021 at 11:15AM. 7. There shall not be a pre - bid meeting. 8.
