Prequalifications are invited for Agro-Processing Machinery (Maize Mills, Maize Hullers. Maize Threshers Graters Seed Cleaners). Conditions tor the invitation: • Bidding will be conducted In accordance v/rth open national procedures contained in the Government of Uganda's Public Procurement and Disposal ol Public Assets Act, 2003 and the Local Governments' Regulations 2006 and is open to all bidders in Uganda • Each item should be applied for separately. • Payment of the non-refundable fee is as follows •Item No. 1-4 Shs.100,000- per application. -Item No 5-14 Shs. 50,000= per application -Item No 15-38 Shs 100,000= per application to MUBENDE DISTRICT GENERAL FUND, ACCOUNT NO. 8912100171 CENTENARY BANK, and present the bank pay in slip to the District Cashier who will issue a general receipt that the bidder will present to the Procurement and Disposal Unit for the issue of the respective bid document. • The original and the two copies ol the bid should be placed in one envelope sealed and clearly marked with the words Registration/pre-qualification tor....2022/23' and Tender for........2022/23' for pre-qualification and revenue collection respectively and delivered to the address below. • Bidders for collection of revenue and management ol revenue centres should indicate the name, village, parish, sub-county of the particular revenue pomt/centre and enclose a bank draft worth the amount of money quoted by the bidder covering the first three months 2022/23 payable to the respective Lower Local Government. • Late bids shall not be received
