- Prequalifications are invited for Air Ticketing, Tours and Travel Services Pre-qualification submissions will be evaluated in accordance with the Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Authority (PPDA) Act, 2003 of The Government of Uganda. Pre-qualification is open to all eligible bidders. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from Uganda Investment Authority and inspect the pre-qualification documents at the address given below, from 9:00 hrs to 16:30 hrs. The pre-qualification documents in English may be purchased by interested bidders on the submission of a written application to the address below and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Ushs.100000 (Uganda Shillings. One Hundred Thousand only). The method of payment will be to any bank that receives government revenue. The bidding document must be picked in person or by representatives of firms upon presentation of a receipt and an application letter to our Procurement & Disposal unit. Pre-qualification submissions must be delivered to the address below at or before 11.00hrs on 2nd June, 2021. Late submissions shall be rejected.
