• Description:
• Expression of Interest are invited for Banking Services. The Company wishes to open bank accounts in two commercial bonks in Uganda. The accounts will solely be used to process Company domestic payments via electronic transfers. Payments will be made in USD in UGX, in favour of third-party vendors, local administrations and employees. the services exclude cross-border payment, petty cash, overdraft, loan, deposit, end other financial instruments. In addition to the global pricing, consideration will be given to local content, number of branches, competitive FX, commercial assistance, technical support, cutoff and turnaround time, ablity to meet requested value date, bank rating and, the willingness of the bank to participate in the intended EACOP corporate's external debt financing.
