• Expression of Interest are invited for Carpentry, Partitioning and Joinery Works REQUIRED DOCUMENTATION TO SUBMIT WITH THE EOI: Business firms and organizati ns interested in participating in the planned solicitation process should hand deliver their EOI to UPMB; providing the following information/documents:  Company profi le including details on names of Directors, bank account numbers, detailed list of goods and/or services provided e-mail address, website, address/physical location, telephone etc.  Audited financial statements covering the past three years.  List of current clients.  Valid trading license.  Valid income tax clearance.  VAT Registrati n Certificate.  Certificate of Incorporation.  Tax Identification Number.  Any other information you may think appropriate to supplement your EOI.
