Description:
Civil Works for the Construction of the Kamdini High-Speed Weigh-in-Motion Lanes Station and Parking Yard 4. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information and inspect the bidding documents at the address given below at 8(a) from 10.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m. during working days from Mondays to Fridays. 5. A complete set of bidding documents in English may be purchased by interested on submission of a written application to the address in 8 (a) below and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of UGX 100,000 (Uganda Shillings One Hundred Thousand only). The method of payment will be registering the payment on the Uganda Revenue Authority (URA) website portal Print the payment advice Form after registering on the URA Portal and effect payment through the URA collection Banks. 6. There shall be an online virtual Pre - Bid Meeting using Microsoft Teams al 10:00am on 21st June 2022. A link for the meeting will be shared with registered Bidders prior to the date of the meeting. The Bidders who wish to attend the meeting shall register and submit their official email address not later than one (1) day of the meeting to procurement@unra.go.ug. 7. Bids must be delivered lo the address below at 8 (c) at or before 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday. 5th July 2022. All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security of UGX 270.000.000 (Uganda Shillings Two Hundred and Seventy Million). The Bid Securities must be Valid unlil January 28.2023. Late bids shall be rejected. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders' representatives who choose to attend at the address below at 8 (d) at 11:30am on Tuesday 05th July 2022 8.
