- Tenders are invited for Construction of Staff House. Cordaid is a Dutch INGO that aims at a just and sustainable world for everybody. Cordaid builds partnerships and mobilizes global networks, resources and knowledge to help people move beyond survival and live In dignity. Cordaid plans to identify professional contractors in Civil Works for construction of a water supply system and staff house in Bidi Bidi Refugee Settlement Zone 5 in Yumbe District. We therefore invite interested, eligible and competent firms to bid through open national competitive bidding for: • Construction of Staff house. • Fabrication and erection of a water tank tower and tank. • Securing valley tanks. Interested bidders may request tender documents by emailing to COUGProcurement@cordaid.org starting 10th of January 2023 until the 20th of January 2023 from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm on working days only All firms interested in all works listed should submit different pdf formats of bids for each works clearly named Staff house, Towertank, Valleytank. All firms interested in a specific works listed should bid for it only and submit pdf formats of the bid for works clearly named either Staff house, T owertank or Valleytank. Your financial and technical offer should be prepared differently but as one pdf with heading Financial and Technical Offer and submitted by email to COUGProcurement@cordaid.org Deadline for submission is Tuesday the 24th of January 2023 at 4:00 pm. The advertisement for the submission of bids shall neither be construed to be a commitment on the part of Cordaid, nor shall it entitle any company to make any claim whatsoever and/or seek any indemnity from Cordaid by virtue of any response to the said advertisement.
