Description:
Expression of Interest are invited for Consultancy Services The Government of Uganda through the Ministry of Health received funds from Gavi the Vaccine Alliance to conduct a Comprehensive Asset Verification Exercise for Gavi funded Assets in all districts and to Verify Cold Chain Equipment Inventory data in the ODK-X App used for cold chain maintenance. This is intended to update the existing assets register, ascertain location, functionality, and assessment of the assets in obsolete state and those that are due for disposal or decommissioning. 2. The Ministry of Health now invites eligible firms (Consultants) to submit expressions of interest for provision of the above services. Interested firms should provide information and relevant documentation demonstrating that they have the required qualifications and relevant experience to perform the exercise. The scope of work will include but not limited to collecting data from all districts and health facilities regarding all Gavi supported assets. Physical verification, listing and classification of inventory of assets shall be conducted using an appropriate tool a. Publication of Notice of Expression of Interest 09/02/2023 b.
