• Tenders are invited for Consultancy Services to Carry out a Comprehensive System Stability and Security Study for the Ugandan Grid Scope of Services UETCL wishes to hire the services of a Consulting firm to carry out a comprehensive stability & security study for the Uganda grid on its behalf. The scope of services under the assignment will include: Ease continuity of modelling using existing models using the PSSE or PSSS sincal as a modelling software, Data collection of power models and associated data, Data validation and analysis of power models and associated data, Static & dynamic model development, Steady state fault level and contingency analysis, Dynamic stability analysis and others as indicated in the Terms of Reference (TORs) The required qualification and experience of the required experts are indicated in the TORs. 7. Consultants, will be selected in accordance with the PPDA guidelines for selecting consultants under Expression of Interest (EOI), Quality Cost Based Selection (QCBS) method which can be obtained on the UETCL website (www.uetcl.go.ug). 8.
