Expression of Interest are invited for Consultancy Services to Establish and/ or Train 130 Farmer Groups /Cooperatives, Set up of Nurseries and Farmer Field Schools in Selected Project Districts. MINISTRY OF AGRICULTURE, ANIMAL INDUSTRY AND FISHERIES ABRIDGED BID NOTICE UNDER OPEN BIDDING 1. Ministry of Agriculture, Animal Industry and Fisheries invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for: Bid Security: N/A Notice for Expression of Interest for Consultancy Services to Establish and/ or Train 130 Farmer Groups /Cooperatives, Set up of Nurseries and Farmer Field Schools in selected Project Districts 2. The Bidding document(s) shall be inspected and issued at the Ministry of Agriculture, Animal Industry and Fisheries; P. O. BOX 102, Entebbe, Uganda. 3. The Bidding document in English may be purchased by interested bidders on the submission of a written application to the address above and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of UGX: 50,000/= (Uganda Shillings: Fifty Thousand Only) for Items 1 and 3 and UGX: 100,000/= (Uganda Shillings: One Hundred Thousand Only) for the Station Wagon Motor Vehicle. The method of payment will be through banks authorized to receive none taxable revenue. 4. There shall be a pre - bid meeting on 4,h May, 2021 at the Ministry Tent at 10:00am for Items No.1 and No. 3 only. 5. The deadline for bid submission shall be at 11:00AM on 21st May, 2021 for items 1 -3 and on 7,h May,2021 for Item No.4. 6.
