• Description:
• Tenders are invited for a results-based financing (RBF) and end user subsidy tender for sale of up to 3,749 solar Pico lanterns and solar home systems for households within Rhino Camp, Imvepi, Bldibldi, Palorinya, Lobule and kiryandongo Refugee Settlements and host communities in West Nile and Kiryandongo District. Eligibility criteria For being eligible, the applicant must be a legally registered private company or Non-Governmental Organization (NGO); Manufacturer, importer or distributor/ third party vendor selling solar Pico PV lanterns or Solar Home Systems directly within the market. A consortium of two such companies/NGOs with a consortium lead is also considered. Eligibility documents required (eligibility assessment grid to be part of tendering documents) and assessment will be done on pass/fall basis. Non-compJfont bids will be eliminated. • Certificate of incorporation/Registration • Registered powers of attorney authorizing signatory/representative of the firm. • Valid Trading License • Copy of Tax Registration certificate • Company organogram/Structurc showing Internal staff • Bid validity period of 120 working days.
