• Description:
• Expression of Interest are invited for Consultancy Services for Land Rent Assessment for Alternative Temporary Workspaces (Atws) & Undertaking Potential Land Acquisitions The services to be provided shall include all activities to acquire temporary use and possession of workspace for storage of items during construction but not limited to the following: • Reconnaissance Surveys and preparation of an inception report ■ Stakeholder Engagement and community sensitization • Legal Due Diligence and verification of the landownership • Asset and Cadastral Surveys for the land and potential affected properties • Undertaking rent negotiation to ensure the PAPs consent to the prevailing market rent Prepare and execute rent agreements • Prepare and execute asset compensation agreements where applicable
