- Tenders are invited for Consultancy Services to Upgrade the Integrated Loan Management Information System (ILMIS) and Integrate Other New Modules of Finance and Accounting, Human Resources, Procurement, Stores and Inventory Management. The bidder should demonstrate financial capacity of the firm. Demonstrate an average turnover of the consultancy work done over the last three (3) years must have minimum of UGX 3 Billion. In case of Joint Venture, the average turnover of the Joint Venture partner must have minimum of UGX 1.5 Billion.
