Tenders are invited for Consultancy to Undertake a Mid Term Review (Mtr) of the Women and Youth Resilience Project (Wayrep) MTR Objectives 1. Measure WAYREP progress in all tour result areas in regards to achieving project objectives 1. Document and analyze challenges and best practices in project Implementation and in reaching the project goal 3 Analyze the implementation strategies of the project with regards to their potential to achieve the project outcomes taking Into account the disruptions and adaptations incurred due to the COVID19 pandemic 4 Provide clear realistic and practical recommendations tor improved future programming and implementation Application and Submission procedure: To Apply please submit Technical and Financial Proposals (as separate documents) to UGA.Procurement@care.org with the Subject WAYREP MTR by 15th October 2021
