Tenders are invited for COVID-19 Response Transition Framework Services. Scope of Work: The consultant will be responsible for the following: - Provide technical leadership in developing appropriate quick guide (Blueprint) on planning transition from the acute pandemic response phase to a more sustainable long-term phase in Low- and Middle-Income Countries (LMICs) - Conduct a desk review of secondary data and information generated by international organizations such as WHO, CDC, USAID, and others - Meet FHI 360 experts individually or in groups to collect inputs and technical recommendations. - Develop a clear, concise, adaptable quick guide that will assist countries in planning their transition from acute pandemic response to a more long-term sustainable fight against the virus.
