• Tenders are invited for Design and Supervision of Rehabilitation Works for 20 Solar Powered Water Supply Systems in Refugee Hosti ng Areas in the Districts of Terego, Madi-Okolo and Yumbe The Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internati onale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH Water Supply and Sanitation for Refugees and Host Communities in Northern Uganda (WatSSUP) Programme funded by the German Government is supporting the relevant structures of the Ministry of Water and Environment and selected District Local Governments to execute their mandate more eff ectively in respect to delivery and management of water supply and sanitation services in line with national and international refugee strategies. GIZ WatSSUP Programme on behalf of the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ) now invites bids from competent and eligible companies for Consultancy Services for Design and Supervision of Rehabilitation Works for 20 Solar Powered Water Supply Systems in Refugee Hosting Areas in the Districts of Terego, Madi-Okolo and Yumbe. This tender is open to interested eligible companies in Uganda, with proven experience in similar works. Bidders must be registered and holders of valid legal documents permitting them to do business in Uganda. The required include: Income Tax Clearance addressed to GIZ Uganda, Certificate of Incorporation/Registration, URA Certificate of Registration and Powers Attorney authorising the Signatory to the Bid. Bidders should be members of the Uganda Association of Consulting Engineers. Submission procedure 1.
