Description:
Quotation are invited for Development of a Biodegradable Implant for Contraception (INV-004562). SCOPE OF WORK The selected vendor must be able to perform the following: - Active Pharmaceutical Ingredient (API): Etonogestrel (ENG), US Pharmacopeia (USP) - Packaging: DEFEND Plus pouch placed in heat-sealed foil pouch - Perform Phase 1 appropriate API analytical method qualification (ID, appearance, and Certificate of Analysis (CoA) review) - Transfer a small-scale manufacturing process that is suitable for Phase 1-2 clinical trials. - Produce up to 2 x feasibility engineering batches - Perform Phase 1 appropriate analytical method qualification/validation for finished drug product - 1 x Clinical batch (~500 finished pellets). This will require approximately nine weeks. Anticipated total period of performance: April 2022 to December 2024 Deadline for Quotes submission: 3/12/2022, 5:00pm EST.
