• Prequalifications are invited for Legal Services. The National Council for Higher Education invites applications for the short list of supplies, services and works for three FY 2021/2022,2022/2023,2023/2024 Terms and conditions 1. Bidding will be conducted in accordance with PPDA Act 2003 2. Bidders should submit electronic copies to the email below: procurement@unche.or.ug 3. Bid documents should be submitted upon payment of a nonrefundable fee of UGX 100,000= to Account No. 903000961918 in the name of National Council for Higher Education, Stanbic Bank, Kyambogo Branch. 4. Bid documents should be obtained from the entity-s website below: www.unche.or.ug 5. Applications should be clearly captioned with words “Prequalification for …..” and should be addressed to The Procurement and Disposal Unit National Council for Higher Education, on the above mentioned address. 6. Bids should be submitted to the email address mentioned above not later than 11.00am on 30th April 2021. Bids will be opened virtually on 30th April 2021 starting at 2.30pm.
