- Tenders are invited for Engraving of Institutional Assets. 1. School of Hygiene-Mbale is in the process of prequalifying competent firms for the provision of supplies, services and works, frame work contracts for Financial Years 2021/2022, 2022/2023 and 2023/2024. 2. The School invites eligible bidders to submit sealed bids for shortlisting for either pre-qualification, frame work contracts or both. 3. Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the Open Domestic Bidding procedures contained in the Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Asserts Act, 2003 and open to all eligible bidders. 4. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from School of Hygiene- Mbale and inspect the Bidding documents at the address given below in No. 7(a) from 09.00am to 4.30pm 5. A complete set of Bidding documents in English may be purchased by interested bidders on submission of a written application to the address below in No.7(b) and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of UGX 100,000/=. The payments will be made in DFCU Bank Mbale Branch, Account Name; School of Hygiene-Mbale; A/c No.0198350100522. The document will be picked by the bidder or representative on presentation of Bank slip in No.7 (b) 6. Bids must be delivered to the address below in No.7(c) at or before 14th May 2021, 1:00 PM. Late bids shall be rejected. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders- representatives who choose to attend at the address below in No.7 (d) on 14th May 2021, by 2:00 Pm. 7.
