Eoi - Uganda - Design Review/ Optimization And Supervision For The Construction Completion Works And Equipping At The Proposed Multipurpose Building - East Africa-S Centres Of Excellence For Skills And Tertiary Education In Biomedical Sciences
The services included under this project are to Review/Optimize the Designs and Supervision of the Construction Completion and Equipping of the proposed Multipurpose Building while adhering to the applicable guidelines of the Bank and GoU, and in accordance with professional standards, engineering best practices as well as environmental and social considerations. The Consultancy Services shall be executed in two phases as follows:Phase 1: Review/optimization of designs; preparation of tender documentation including updated design plans and details, schedules, equipment and furniture layout, specifications, bills of quantities, and environmental, health and safety (EHS) plan, among others.Phase 2: Supervision of construction completion works and equipping, certifying practical completion, preparation of handover/operationalization documentation, and monitoring the defects liability period, among others.
