Tenders are invited for Equipping Kaswa General Ward Bid security UGX: 500,0000/- Bidding documents in English language may be purchased by interested bidders on submission of a written application to the address at 8(b) or bids will be sent on the company-s Emails upon request and payment of a non -refundable fee of UGX:50,000 ( Uganda shillings fi fty thousand only) on Kabarole District General Collection Fund A/C No. 1300043032 HOUSING FINANCE BANK FORT PORTAL BRANCH, thereafter you will be issued a receipt from the District cash office. Bids shall be physically delivered to the address at 8(c) or sent to the Procurement and Disposal Unit Email address procurement@kabarole.go.ug at or before 11:30 am local time on 13th August 2021. Bids must be accompanied by bid securities in amounts stated above inform of bank drafts /bank guaranties from local commercial banks in the amounts as indicated in the table above. Late bids shall be rejected, thereafter received bids will be opened in the presence of bidders representatives who choose to attend at the address given at 8 (d) at 12:00 p.m local time on 13th August 2021 There shall be a Physical pre bid / site visit meeting on the 06th August 2021, at 10:00 AM local time, at the District Headquarters - Kitumba. 8.
