Description:
Expression of Interest are invited for GEO-Science Software - Well Log Interpretation. CNOOC Uganda Limited (CNOOC), a subsidiary of China National Offshore Oil Corporation, is an Oil and Gas Exploration and Production Company, and Operator of the Kingfisher Development Area located in Hoima and Kikuube Districts. CNOOC invites Expression of Interest (EOI) from professional competent companies to provide Geo-science software - Well Log Interpretation. Scope Service The Company requires the Contractor to provide the software together with its integrated modules on data, management, stratigraphic correlation, comprehensive mapping etc. The software should be the mainstream and widely used well log interpretation software in the world with powerful petrophysical. geological analysis and engineering tools, and excellent management, stratigraphic correlation, comprehensive logging processing, synthetic seismic records, core analysis data analysis, comprehensive mapping, etc. For purpose of easy communication and study result sharing among all partners. The licence counts should meet the requirement of one users for well log interpretation. Minimum Requirements: • Registration on the National Supplier Database (NSD) maintained by the Petroleum Authority of Uganda for service providers in the Oil & Gas sector; • Experience of QHSE policy, procedure and process in compliance with the Ugandan petroleum regulations, the IFC Performance Standards and the international industry standards; • Performance and /or provision of similar services, products and/or equipment in Uganda, East Africa or international; • Suitably qualified and experienced personnel; • Operational capacity to provide the scope of services, products and/or equipment in a given package; • Ability to demonstrate adequate financial capacity to undertake the eventual contract. • Compliance with the Local and National Content statutory laws and regulations of the Government of Uganda; • Possession of relevant certification/licensing from national and international bodies. • EOls from suitable partnerships and consortiums/ventures for the provision of the required services and/or equipment are encouraged. Preference shall be given to suitably qualified in-country registered entities demonstrating a commitment to statutory National Content requirements for oil and gas operations.
