- Expression of Interest are invited for Hire of Consultant: End of Project Evaluation. EVALUATION PURPOSE AND USE LWR -Uganda seeks to hire a consultant to conduct an End of Project Evaluation. The purpose of the evaluation is to assess the performance of the project and capture project achievements, challenges, and best practices to inform future similar programming. The requirements for the carrying out the assignment include: • Master-s Degree in agriculture, agriculture economics, community development, rural sociology, or any other related area of study. • 15 years of experience with progressively higher levels of responsibility in project design and monitoring and evaluation processes, as well as demonstrated experience related to above scope of work. • Demonstrated skills in mix methods (qualitative and quantitative) data collection and analysis. In-depth knowledge of qualitative methodologies a must. • Fluency in spoken and written English. Available to complete the assignment by June 30, 2021 Application procedure The Expression of Interest should include the following: •Cover letter, technical and financial proposal. • M&E exercise work plan clearly indicating completion date for the assignment deliverables by June 30, 2021, accounting for the Covid-19 pandemic. • Annexes (not to be counted toward the page limit) should include CV of consultant and contact information of three current or former clients who can speak to consultant-s experience related to this term of reference. It is expected that the selected consultant will complete the deliverables in a satisfactory and timely manner. Consultants/consultancy firms are hereby requested to only submit applications if they are able to carry out the assignment within the period required.
