- Expression of Interest are invited for Hire the Services Ol a Consultant to Conduct Performance Assessment on the Minimum Conditions and Performance Measures Lor Accessing Program Grants by Program Participating Sub National Entities and the Ministry for Kampala Capital City and Metropolitan Affairs under Gkma -Udp for Financial Years 2023/24 and 2024/25 Firm Selection. The GKMA-UDP Is designed using the Bank's nev/ lending instrument - Program for Result (PforR) whereby disbursement is linked to actual results agreed upon and realized on the ground. The Government now would like to hire the services ol a consultant to conduct Performance Assessment on the minimum conditions and performance measures lor accessing Program Grants by program participating sub national entities and the Ministry for Kampala Capital City and Metropolitan Affairs under GKMA -UDP for financial years 2023/24 and 2024/25.
