Expression of Interest are invited for Industrial Relations Consultancy Services for the Eacop Project in Uganda BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE SCOPE OF WORK: EACOP Ltd recures the services of experienced organizations with demonstrated competence and experience in international f nance Corporation Performance Standard 2 requirements for an Industrial Relations Management System (IRMS) to • Prepare IRMS that will involve an industrial Relations gap analysis and risk assessment for the EACOP Project, • Deve op a pans. procedures, monitoring and reporting templates, handbooks and training material associated with the IRMS, • Develop and deliver Industrial Relations tra ning and awareness raising material. • Provide sufficient resources to implement the IRMS • Monitor and report on Contractor Industrial Relations performance for the duration of the construction phase and through to the completed demob lization of all EACOP Construction Contractors
