Description:
Expression of Interest are invited for Isingiro Rural Water Supply and Sanitation Project for Nakivale and Oruchinga Refugee Settlements. The objective of this EOI is to identify engineering applicants that can provide engineering feasibility studies, detailed hydraulic engineering design and preparation of tender documents of the proposed Water Supply & Sanitation Improvement project for Nakivale & Oruchinga Refugee Settlements in Isingiro District, an AFD funded project including ESIA and RAP reports. To achieve the objective, the services shall include activities listed here below: • Development of a Water Supply and Sanitation Master Plan of Nakivale and Oruchinga refugee settlements, • Preliminary design for drinking water and sanitation systems, • Topographic surveys and Geotechnical Investigations, • Assessing capacity and willingness to pay of the target beneficiaries, • Detailed Engineering Design of drinking water and sanitation works, • Environmental and Social Impact Assessment (ESIA) and Resettlement Action Plan (RAP) of Works Component, • Preparation of bidding documents for works and Works Supervision (under AFD's rules).
