Description:
Master Consultant Services Agreement Scope of Work:  Provide technical inputs for basic education projects in Nigeria, Rwanda, Djibouti, Ghana, and/or projects on an as-needed basis.  Support for developing teacher professional development modules for basic literacy and mathematics. Professional development modules may include in-service or pre-service and may be designed for face-to-face training or eLearning.  Support for developing teaching and learning materials for the classroom, including teacher guides and student books.  Support for conducting national or state curriculum review, including analysis of existing curricula, available learning outcomes data, and recommendations for changes.  Support for designing materials workshop presentations, including PowerPoint slides and workshop activities.  Support for conducting background research on literacy, mathematics, remedial education, language transition, or other key technical areas.  Support for development of reading assessment tools and/or guidance for classroom use (implementation-interpretation-action) for remediation or sample-based large-scale assessment (EGRA).  Support for business development opportunities, including desk research, participation in technical design sessions, preparation for technical reviews, and technical writing. . Location of Work: Remote Period of Performance: Estimated February 2022 to January 2023, with a one-year option to extend.
