- Prequalifications are invited for Materials for Making of Re-Usable Menstrual Pads. Fields of Life is a non-denominational Christian Development Organization with 28 years of experience working in East Africa. Fields of Life has over the past years impacted and transformed lives of over,2,500,000 most vulnerable and marginalized people in East Africa by collaborating with local communities and churches to provide quality education, clean water, health promotion and other community-based services. Fields of Life now invites applications from interested eligible, competent and reputable firms for pre-qualification for provision of the following supplies, services and works in FY 2021/2022, 2022/2023 & 2023/2024. Conditions for Pre-qualification: Interested bidders are required to fulfil conditions below; ο§ Company profile or organization set up with name of the firm, physical and postal address including working telephone numbers, email address(es), details of key personnel, capacity, past company experience in similar field(s). ο§ Certificate of registration together with Memorandum and Articles of Association (where applicable) ο§ VAT registration certificate. ο§ Copy of valid/current trading license ο§ Copy of valid/current income tax clearance certificate ο§ Price catalogue/list ο§ Financial bank statement for at least the last three (03) months. Pre-qualification submissions/expressions of interest will be evaluated in accordance with the above- mentioned set of criteria. Prequalification is open to all interested and eligible bidders.
