It is anticipated that the International Criminal Court (ICC) located in The Hague, The Netherlands, will shortly be issuing a solicitation for the Mobile GSM subscriptions Pre-Paid and Post-Paid Uganda - Field Office In this connection, the ICC is requesting expression of interest from qualified firms.1.Introduction Bidders are asked to make offers for one of more of the following services: Mobile GSM subscriptions Pre-Paid and Post-Paid (Ugandan numbers) Length of the contractThe expected length of the contract is three years (January 2024 - December 2026), with the option to renew twice (2027 and 2028), subject to the provider's performance and ICC's own plans for the field office.Awarding servicesThe ICC could award the services (pre-Paid and Post Paid services) to a single company or to different companies for either pre-paid or post-paid.Selection of proposal and implementation ApproachIn assessing the proposals, the Court's evaluation will include, but not be limited to, the following factors:•Ability and willingness to provide an excellent service to ICC throughout the lifecycle of the contract;•Suitability and comprehensiveness of services offered;•Quality of responses ...
