Description:
Tenders are invited for Painting Work of Chancery premises. Painting Work of interior & exterior of Chancery premises including repair of crack / seepage / leakage from wall/roof is required at the High Commission of India, 11, Kyadondo Road, Nakasero, Kampala, Uganda. (II) The vendor shall undertake painting/repair work at interior & exterior walls, roof ceiling of the intire Chancery building, Security officer-s houses, guard room, boundaries [Frontside (inner & outer], left side, backside & right side (inner side only)], all Wooden Doors, Metal Grills, Grill gates, Roof tops, fencing as per details below mentioned: a. Removing the existing paint on interior & exterior of the house by scrapping, sand papering andpreparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches / cracks / seepage / leakage etc. complete. b. Painting the surfaces with ‘A- grade material to givean even shade (two or more coat). c. Use of water proof material for the painting. 4. Painting of fascia board and steel pipes on the roof after removing the existing paint. 5. Alternate black & white paint on the outer peripherals of the road from main gate to parking area. 6. Removing existing razor wire and installing twolayer razer wire on the compound wall. 7. Cleaning/repair the platform and steps around theflag pole.
