Description:
Prequalifications are invited for Physical Planning, Surveying and Leasing of District Lands/ Properties Supplies A complete set of bidding document in English may be purchased by interested bidders on submission of written application to the address below at 12(b) and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Ugx. 50,000/= for each pre-qualification/ procurement item of Works, Supplies & Services; while Frame Work Contracts attracts Ugx. 100,000/= each as described above. The bids shall be submitted in 3 copies in properly sealed envelope and clearly marked (1) original and (2) photo copies with the specific subject of procurement as detailed above. The method of payment will be through the bank on MDLG General Fund Collection, Account Number: 9030006347214, Stanbic Bank - Moyo Branch and obtain original general receipt from District cashier within finance building and attach a copy to your bid document as evidence. The following documentation shall be required tor each member of the joint venture, firm or company: a. A copy of the Applicant's valid Trading license; b. A copy of the Applicant's valid Certificate of Registration; с A copy of the Applicant's valid income tax clearance certificate; d. A copy of the Applicant's valid TIN registration; e. A copy of the Applicant's registered powers of Attorney of the signatory authorizing the bid on behalf of the company, firm or joint venture; f. A copy of the applicant's valid PPDA service provider registration certificate g. A certified copy of the Joint Venture Agreement, which is legally binding on all partners, showing that all partners shall be jointly and severally liable and one of the partners will be nominated as being in charge, authorized to incur liabilities, and receive instructions for and on behalf of any and all partners of the joint venture.
