Display and communication of best evaluated bidder notice Immediately after the evaluation process The prequalification documents in English may be purchased by interested bidders,from; Kampala TRI offices on the submission of a written application upon payment of a non refundable fee of UGX. 100,000 (Uganda shillings one hundred thousand) and UGX 200,000 (Two hundred thousand Uganda Shillings) respectively depending on the lot. The method of payment is by cash.
