• Description:
• Tenders are invited for Printing & Space Hire of 12 Billboards for One Year. ◘ Soroti (Soroti-Mbale highway OR within Soroti town after Soroti Primary School) ◘ The bidder-s experience related to previous outdoor projects and related awareness campaigns that involved billboards installation. ◘ The quality of materials printed and delivered. ◘ The sequence of billboards maintenance. ◘ Provision of monthly reports especially audience impact analysis. ◘ Also having implemented some assignments in northern Uganda will be an added advantage All Offers must be duly signed, stamped, and must comprise of the following: ◘ Quotation (in UGX) ◘ Company profile indicating all relevant information pertaining to the bidder as described above ◘ Valid legal documents (Incorporation Certificate, Articles of Association for limited liability companies, tax clearance certificate addressed to GIZ, Trading License, etc.) ◘ Project delivery schedule Bidders must be aware that the following information shall be considered during the evaluation: • The location of bidder-s billboard sites with good traffic are preferred as highlighted below; ◘ Arua (At town center OR Main street along Arua Regional Referral Hospital AND along Arua-Kampala Highway but not beyond offices of CEFORD in Arua. ◘ Gulu (At the town center AND along Gulu-Kampala highway but not beyond Cereleno Market) ◘ Lira (At the Town Center OR Lira-Soroti highway, and LiraKamdini highway as you enter or exit Lira city on either points not main round abouts) The terms of reference regarding this tender should be requested from Procurement-giz-uganda@giz.de.
