Description:
Tenders are invited for Procurement of 50 Laptops, 06 Desktops and 06 Ultra Power Supply Units (Ups). The Bidding documents in English may be purchased by interested bidders on the submission of a written application to the address below in 6(a) and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of UGX 100,000 (Uganda Shillings One Hundred Thousand Only). The method of payment will be through obtaining a Bank Payment Advise Form from the cashier on 5th Floor, Room 5.04, Embassy House and pay at the designated Bank with effect from 21st July 2021. On presentation of proof of payment, bidding documents may then be collected from the Procurement and Disposal unit Room 3.7 with effect from 21st July 2021. Bids must be delivered to the address below in 6(a) at or before 11:00 am on 17th August 2021. All bids must be accompanied by a bid security as indicated in the bid document. Bid securities must be valid until 30th December 2021. Late bids shall be rejected. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders representatives, who choose to attend via zoom on 17th August 2021. The zoom ID and password details will be published on the Ministry website on 16th August 2021 Publish bid notice 21st July 2021 Pre-bid meeting where applicable : N/A Bid closing date 17th August 2021 Evaluation process (Within 20 working days from bid closing date) Display and communication of best evaluated bidder notice : (Within 10 working days from Contracts Committee award) Contract signature : (After expiry of at least 10 working days from display of the best evaluated bidder notice and Attorney General-s approval)
