Description:
Tenders are invited for Procurement of Desktop Computers to Support Teacher Education and Training in Primary Teacher Colleges (Ptcs) All eligible bidders may obtain further information and inspect the bidding documents at the address given below at 7(a) from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00pm. Bidding documents in English may be purchased by interested bidders on submission of a written application to the address below at 7(a) upon payment of a non-refundable fee of UGX: 100,000 (One hundred thousand Uganda Shillings only). The method of payment will be through obtaining a Bank Payment Advise Form from the cashier on 5th Floor, Room 5.04, Embassy House and pay at the designated Bank with effect from 26lh November, 2021. On presentation of proof of payment, bidding documents may then be collected from the Procurement and Disposal unit Room 3.7 with effect 26th November, 2021 This procurement is reserved for Local and Resident Providers; Foreign Providers are not eligible to participate as per PPDA Guidelines on Reservations Schemes to promote local Content in Public Procurement 2018. Bids must be delivered to the address below at 7(a) at 11:00am on 22nd December, 2021. All bids must be accompanied with a bid security in form of a bank guarantee as indicated in the bid document of UGX: 7,000,000. Bid security must be valid until 2nd February, 2022. Late bids shall be rejected. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders' representatives, who choose to attend via zoom. The zoom ID and password details will be published on the ministry website a day before bid opening.
