Tenders are invited for Procurement of Laboratory Services to Provide Coronavirus Disease Testing Services under Framework Contract Renewable once up Satisfactory Performance a. Publish bid notice 23rd September, 2021 b. Pre-bid meeting 11th October, 2021 c. Bid closing date 30th October, 2021 d. Evaluation process 1st -5th October, 2021 e. Display and communication of best evaluated bidder notice 10th - 23rd November, 2021 f. Contract signature After obtaining Clearance from the Solicitor General Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information and inspect the bidding documents at the address given below at 8 from 08:00am - 05:00pm. The Bidding documents in English may be obtained by interested bidders on the submission of a written application to the address stated under 8 below. The document can be obtained by the bidders- representatives. No liability will be accepted for the loss or late delivery. Bids must be delivered to the address at 8 below at or before 11:00am on 30th October, 2021. All bids must be accompanied by a bid security of UGX 1,000,000/= in form bank guarantee and as specified in the bidding forms section. Late bids shall be rejected. Bids will be opened on ZOOM at 11:30am on 30th October, 2021 There shall be a pre- bid meeting on 11th October, 2021 on Zoom at 10:00am
