• Description:
• Tenders are invited for Procurement for Provision of Security Services. 1. Mulago Specialised Women and Neonatal Hospital has allocated funds to be used for the acquisition of Security Services. 2. The Entity invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the provision of the above non consultancy services. 3. Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the open domestic bidding procedures contained in the Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Assets Act, 2003, and is open to all bidders. 4. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information and inspect the bidding documents at the address given below at 8(a) from 09:00 to 13:00 and 14:00 — 5:00 Hours. 5. The Bidding Documents in English may be purchased by interested bidders on the submission of a written application to the address below at 8(b) and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Uganda Shillings One Hundred Thousand (UGX. 100,000). The method of payment will be by Bank payment advice forms picked by bidders or their representative and obtaining a General Receipt from the MSWNH Cashier. The document will be picked by the bidder's authorized representative. No liability will be accepted for loss or late delivery. 6. Bids must be delivered to the address below at 8(c) at or before 7th June 2021 at 10:00am. All bids must be accompanied by a bid security of Ug Shs. 5,000,000 in form of a bank guarantee only. Late bids shall be rejected. Bid securities must be valid until 30th Oct. 2021. Late bids shall be rejected. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders' representatives who choose to attend at the address below at 8(d) on 7th June 2021 at 10:30am. 7. There shall be a pre — bid meeting/ site visit at Mulago Specialized Women and Neonatal Hospital [MSWNH] at 10:00am on 17" May 2021. 8.
