Expression of Interest are invited for Procurement of Provision of the Third-Party Financial Management Advisory Services to the MOHCDC-CoAg Project Consultancy Services Provision of the Third-Party Financial Management Advisory Services to the MOHCDC-CoAg Project for the FY 2022-2023. a. Publication of Notice of Expression of Interest 09th February 2023 b. Closing date for receipt of Expression of Interest 02nd March 2023 c. Evaluation of Expressions of Interest 06th March 2023 d. Display of shortlist 10th March 2023 1. The Ministry has allocated funds to be used for the acquisition of the consultancy services described above. 2. The Entity now invites eligible consultants to submit sealed expressions of interest for the above services. 3. Interested consultants should provide information demonstrating that they are eligible and possess the required qualifications to perform the services supported with relevant documentation. 4. ELIGIBILITY OF THE FIRM The eligible firm should have the following: (i) General legal requirements • Certificate of Incorporation • Tax Clearance • Trading license • Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Uganda (ICPAU) Certificate. (ii) General experience of the firm The firm should have at least 5 years of experience in Provision of the Third-Party Financial Management Advisory Services. (iii) Specific experience of the firm The firm should have undertaken at least one Provision of the Third-Party Financial Management Advisory Services to clients in the last three years. The firm should be certified by the relevant body to conduct Provision of the Third-Party Financial Management Advisory Services. Interested consultancy firms should demonstrate relevant experience of the firm as well as experience and qualification of key personnel; The required key personnel are: 5. QUALIFICATION, EXPERIENCE AND COMPETENCE OF KEY PERSONNEL FOR THE ASSIGNMENT: The assignment calls for a vibrant and articulate team of professionals. All personnel should be well qualified and possess adequate professional experience
