- Prequalifications are invited for Procurement of tools (mower, GPS machine, compactor among others). Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the open domestic bidding procedures contained in the Local Government (Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Assets) Regulations. 2006 and Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Assets Act, 2003. The bidding document in English may be purchased by interested bidders on the submission of a written application to the address below at 5(b) and upon payment of non-relundable fees of UGX 100.000/= Mode of Payment: Cash office Lugazi Municipality. Late bids shall be rejected. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidder s representatives who choose to attend at the address below at 11:30am en 14th/09/2D22 a) Documents may be inspected at : POU Lugazl Municipality. b) Documents will be Issued from : PDU Lugazl Municipality. c) Bids must be delivered to RO BOX 111. Lugazi d) Address ot Bid Opening : Lugazi Municipal Council Hall.
