- Tenders are invited for Procurement of a Transactional Advisor for the Pilot of the Zimba Impact Fund and the Private Sector Catalytic Fund 1. The Private Sector Foundation Uganda (PSFU), Uganda-s apex body for the private sector in Uganda, is collaborating with MasterCard Foundation to co-implement the Young Africa Works Uganda - Enhancing the Lead Firm Structure for Youth Employment Project. PSFU intends to apply part of the project proceeds to procure a consultancy to provide Transaction Advisory Services for the pilot of the Zimba Impact Fund and the Private Sector Catalytic Fund. 2. PSFU now invites proposals from eligible firms to provide the aforementioned services. Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the provisions of the PSFU Procurement Policies and Procedures Manual and is open to all competent and eligible firms.
