Description:
Prequalifications are invited for Property Evaluation- Consultancy. Bidders are invited from competent firms and individuals for pre-qualification of works, supplies, services and annual framework contracts for Financial Year 2021-2022 CONDITIONS OF TENDER a) Bidding documents are available at the office of the Procurement and Disposal Unit upon payment of non-refundable fees on Kanungu District Local Government collection Account No. 5412100001 at Centenary Bank Kanungu Branch as follows: (i) Kihihi daily market, Butogota weekly market, Nyakabugo stock market, Nyakabugo weekly markt, Katete weekly market, Loading and off-loading in Butogota, Kanungu , Kambuga & Kihihi town councils, all trading licenses and property tax in all town councils ) Non -refundable fee Of Ugx 100,000 (ii) The rest of markets none refundable fee is of Ugx 50,000 (iii) All pre-qualifications work, supplies and services) Ugx 50,000 (iv) Annual frame work contracts Ugx 100,000 (v) Other contracts or services Ugx 50,000 (vi) Supply of tea Ugx 50,000 b) Each item should be applied for separately and the District Cashier will issue a separate receipt. c) Those applying as Companies, Associations or Groups must attach relevant documents. d) Applications in properly sealed envelopes marked “Tender for ……” should be submitted to the Procurement and Disposal Unit, P.O.
