Description:
Expression of Interest are invited for Provide Service to Design, Create Software and Develop the Development and Production Information System for KFDA. - Data Collection Management. The purpose of the data collection management will be to acquire process and track static and dynamic data that assist in carrying out studies aimed at optimizing the oilfield development and production operations management; - Subsurface outcomes management. This must include the basic field information, geological and reservoir software analysis files reports, key analytic figures, parameters, tables, and documentation; - Wells and Pipeline Information Management; - Operations Management. The operations management functionality should present a mechanism for efficient reservoir management; - Downhole tools management. The operations management functionality should present a mechanism for efficient reservoir management; - Reservoir dynamic management. The reservoir dynamic management should contain the production operation analysis, shutdown analysis, and reservoir dynamic analysis; - Well-test management. The well test management should contain two main components; the well testing and production-injection profile testing data management; - Well-stimulation management; - Laboratory analysis management; - Operation costs and schedule management. The following components should constitute the functional units of the operation cost and schedule management, SAP System Access, Cost Budgeting, Cost Control Management, and Cost Analysis.
