The Bank intends to contract with an experienced insurance companies to provide various insurance covers for its Directors, staff and assets. Overview of the assignment The Bank periodically insures its assets, staff and directors against several insurable operational and industry risks in a bid to ensure business continuity in case of manifestation of any of Those risks. The requirement is for the provision of a comprehensive solution through insurance of die insurable risk areas identified below; The Bank desires to contract with experienced insurance companies to provide value added insurance covers based on the afore mentioned risk areas. A complete set of bidding documents in English with further details can be purchased at a non-refundable fee of Ugx 100,000/= payable to the Bank's Accounts Payable account at any of our branches. The account details shall be availed to all firms who express an interest by submitting an application letter to take part in die procurement. Please note that without proof of payment, no Bid document shall be issued, nor received on submission. clearly labeled and sealed bids marked "Request for Proposals for provision of various insurance covers for the Bank's directors, staff and assets" must be delivered by hand and registered at die Procurement Unit bid box.
