Training dates 19 - 23 September 2022 2. Accommodation 45 Pax for 5 days 3. 1 conference hall 45 Pax for 5 days 4. 2 conference hall (breakouts) 15 Pax for 5 days 5. Stationary (writing pads, pens, flipchart & markers) 6. LCD projector and screen 7. Public address system 8. Wireless internet. 9. Mid-Morning & Afternoon Coffee Break with light snacks 10. 02 bottles of water in the hall per person 11. Buffet lunch with a soft drink (soda or water) 12. Buffet Dinner with a soft drink (soda or water) 13. Outdoor Compound/Gardens for practical scenarios NOTE: Check-in 18 September 2022 and check-out 23 September 2022 Quotes MUST have detailed specification. Failure to provide this may result in disqualification. Bid Validity - All bids must be valid for 120 days from the closing date for this solicitation.
