Tenders are invited for Provision of Cleaning Services at NMS Kajjansi Office Complex and Warehouse on a Three-Year Framework Contract Under NATIONAL MEDICAL STORES Plot 4-12 Nsamizi Road, P.O. Box 16, Entebbe - UGANDA ADDENDUM NO.1 To all bidders. PROVISION OF CLEANING SERVICES AT NMS KAJJANSI OFFICE COMPLEX AND WAREHOUSE ON A THREE-YEAR FRAMEWORK CONTRACT UNDER REF: NMS/NCONS/22-23/00087. All the bidders are requested to take note of the following modifications in the bidding document for the above-mentioned procurement subject. 1. Amendment: Bidders shall be required to provide a Certificate of registration of a fumigator/commercial applicator or Evidence of suitability of their premises to handle commercial application services. 2. Bid Security: The bid security required is UGX: 10,500,000 (Uganda shillings: Ten million Five hundred thousand). 3: Extension of deadline for bid submission: The bid submission deadline is hereby extended from 12,h May 2023 to 19,h May 2023 at 11:00AM.
