- Request for proposals are invited for Provision of Consultancy Services for Business Process Re-Engineering for Centenary Bank. Centenary bank is a leading commercial bank serving over 1.8 million customers, with services accessible across 77 branches spread across Uganda, 188 ATMs in 127 different locations, 3659 agent locations and Mobile banking platform, POS terminals as well as internet banking. The Bank seeks proposals from competent and experienced firms to provide consultancy services for the Business Process Re-engineering and Structural Review to improve Customer Experience and Operational Efficiency of the Bank. Overview of the assignment The requirement is to carry out a Process value analysis and Business Process Re-engineering of all key bank processes that support critical value creation and delivery to Bank customers, as well as performing a review of the Bank-s existing organizational design structure in relation to the need to improve organizational efficiency and effectiveness of Processes. A complete set of quotation documents in English with further details can be purchased at a non-refundable fee of UGX 100,000/ = payable to the Bank-s Accounts Payable Account at any of our Branches country wide. The account details shall be availed to all persons or firms who express an interest by submitting an application to take in the procurement. Please note that without proof of payment, no Bid document shall be issued neither received on submission.
