- Tenders are invited for Provision of Consultancy Services for the Development of a Compliance Obligations Register for Uganda Electricity Transmission Company Limited (Uetcl) UETCL intends to enhance its compliance monitoring system by having a compliance obligations- register in place. The compliance obligations- register will act as a key reference point for its staff for purposes of the following: (a) Promoting staff-s compliance awareness (b) Minimizing compliance risks (c) Promoting quality control in compliance reporting (d) Facilitating accurate and prompt compliance with UETCL-s obligations to its regulators/critical business partners; (e) Enabling Management and Staff to ascertain and appreciate the cost of compliance and non-compliance; (f) Integrating minimum compliance standards into its business related - processes, procedures, internal controls and internal policies by Management; (g) Enhancing Management-s responsiveness to situations of non-compliance in a more effective and efficient manner; (h) Providing compliance reporting templates to ease the internal and external compliance reporting processes (i) Improving processes related to the information systems which support governance, risk and compliance at UETCL
