Description:
Prequalifications are invited for Provision of Consultancy Services for Survey and Design of Piped Water Scheme. Pre-bid meeting/ Site visits: where applicable 6th August 2021 The bid documents are available at the Entity-s Procurement and Disposal Unit for Inspection upon payment of non-refundable fee of UGX: 100,000/= and a written application for Category A and 50,000/= for Category B and C. Fund should be paid to Kitgum District Local Government General Fund Collection Account No.9030005909448, Stanbic Bank, Kitgum Branch. Complete and sealed bid shall be hand delivered to the Head Procurement and Disposal Unit, Education BlockbRoom13/14 on or before 11:00am on 20th August 2021 and bid opening will take place on the same date and day at 12: 00pm in the District Council Main Hall in the presence of bidders who wish to attend. Late bids shall be rejected and COVID-19 Standard Operating Procedures (SOP-s) should be adhered to. Bidders who may not be able to inspect the Standard Bidding Document the Entity-s PDU may send their payment Slips and a written application to susancatherinea@gmail.com and will receive the document through the same mail.
