• Description:
• Expression of Interest are invited for Framework for Provision Elements Portable USB 3.0 External Hard Drive, Ultra Dual Drive Go USB Flash Drive, Extra View Monitors, Docking Station, USB HUB, IT Work Toolkit, AC Power Adapters, Ethernet Adapters, Hdmi Cables, Wireless Keyboards, Data Lockers) Framework for Provision of Trunking Radio and Controller Interested parties shall meet the following minimum requirements: • Must be a certified partner of Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) • Proof of registration on the National Supplier Database (NSD) maintained by the Petroleum Authority of Uganda. • Experience of Quality, Health, Safety Environment policy procedure and process in compliance with the Ugandan petroleum regulations, the IFC Performance Standards and the international industry standards. • Performance and /or provision of similar services, products and/or equipment in Uganda, East Africa or international. • Suitably qualified and experienced personnel to provide Technical Support. • Relevant experience in provision of similar products and support to customers. • Financial capacity to undertake the eventual contract. • Compliance with the National Content statutory laws and regulations of the Government of Uganda. • Possession of relevant certification/licensing from national and international bodies. Upon closure date of the EOI, CNOOC will screen the bidders who shall have expressed interest against the minimum requirements mentioned above. PQ questionnaire will be issued to those who are found to have met the minimum requirements specified above. Request for Proposal (RFP) documents will be issued to those who shall have successfully passed the PQ stage.
