• Description:
• Prequalifications are invited for Provision of Legal & Advisory Services. Terms and Conditions 1 Pre-qualification submissions of interest will be evaluated in accordance with the PPDA procurement Guidelines. 2. The pre-qualification and framework contract bidding document in English can be obtain from the NCS Headquarters plot 2-10 Coronation Avenue between 9:00am and 4:30pm on working days, starting on Friday 6th October, 2023 by interested bidders on submission of a written application to the address below at 8(b) and upon deposit of a non-refundable fee of 50.000/= (Fifty Thousand Shillings only) at any bank having generated a PRN through the Uganda revenue authority portal. No liability v/ill be accepted for loss or late delivery. 3. Bidders are required to indicate the specific items they are bidding for on the bidding document and submit in one original and two copies. 4. Bidders should deary indicate official emails of the company .Names of Directors plus their contact details and close representatives ol the company for day to day operations. (This information should be put on a separate sheet in the bidding document.) 5. Bids must be delivered in sealed envelopes clearly labeled. 6. Sealed bids must be submitted not later than 30th October. 2023 by 11:00am. 7. Bid Opening will be on Monday, 30th October, 2023 at 11:30am NCS Board Room Lugogo Sports Complex, in the presence of the bidders or their representatives who may choose to attend.
